Orders purchased on Amazon or through the linked Pain To Power shop are subject to the return, exchange, cancellation, and refund terms disclosed by the seller at the time of purchase. This page does not replace those terms or create a different return window. Review the listing and checkout before paying.
How to start a request
Use the merchant’s order-history or customer-support channel. Provide your order reference, item, and reason for the request. Follow the merchant’s instructions for eligibility, return authorization, packaging, and the destination address. Do not send payment-card information, passwords, or identity documents through our general contact form.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact the seller promptly about a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item. Keep the packaging and, where helpful, photographs. The available remedy may be a replacement, exchange, or refund according to the order terms and applicable consumer rights.
Conditions and costs
Return shipping costs, item-condition requirements, exclusions for personalized or digital items, and refund timing depend on the seller’s disclosed policy.
